Impact Tickets Events Terms of Service
By using any of Impact Tickets’s services, including any services found on the website, you agree to voluntarily consent to any and all Terms of Service found herein.
Impact Tickets has the right to modify this Terms of Service agreement at our discretion, and the terms will become effective immediately upon publication to this website.
Satisfaction Policies
We provide the ticketing software used to process ticket sales and admissions for the events on this website. We are not responsible for the production, experience or cancellation of events on our system. If you are unsatisfied with your experience with an event listed on the Impact Tickets system, you must speak to a valid representative of the event or venue.
Status as Content Provider
Impact Tickets is not responsible for any content posted or displayed on any page within the Impact Tickets website by our registered clients. Such information does not represent the viewpoints or opinions of our company. Impact Tickets cannot be held responsible for any agreements, contracts, unfulfilled promises or any communication made between one of our clients and a third party. Impact Tickets is not responsible for any illegal or unlawful material — including defamatory or copyrighted material — posted to an event page by a client on our system.
Accuracy of Information
Users of any of Impact Tickets services certify that any information provided to us is complete and accurate. Impact Tickets will make every effort to validate the billing information you provide to us; however, if we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to cancel your tickets or prohibit you from using this website.
Alteration of Event Listings
Impact Tickets reserves the right to expunge any event from the Impact Tickets website at any time, under any circumstances, and for any reason.
Refund Policies
Impact Tickets is unable to offer refunds after a ticket has been purchased; however, a refund may be issued when an event is canceled.
If an event is canceled, a refund in the amount of the face value of the ticket will be issued to customers who purchased tickets. Service, delivery and transaction fees will not be refunded. The event promoter will have control over refund availability and duration. Impact Tickets will not be able to issue refunds until any outstanding balance for the refunds has been compensated by the event promoter. Event promoter will also be responsible for absorbing the 3.5% refund processing fee.
Postponed Events
If an event is postponed to a later date, it is the client’s responsibility to update the listing and notify Impact Tickets. In such a case, the event’s promoter is required to accept outdated tickets at the door for entrance into the event.
Impact Tickets Ticket Purchasing Fees
Non-refundable service fees may be added to each ticket and/or order. By purchasing tickets from Impact Tickets, you agree to pay these fees and understand that the fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for any carrier fees associated with mobile ticket delivery.
Acceptable Methods of Payment
Impact Tickets currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover credit/debit cards for payment. All transactions will post a Impact Tickets memo on your billing/bank statement.
Privacy Policies
Impact Tickets respects your right to privacy. While your email address and purchase information is provided to the business who organizes the event to which you have purchased tickets, we will never share your information with other third parties.
Impact Tickets is not responsible for any personal information posted on this website in a non-confidential manner (i.e. not posted via a secure form), and such information is not subject to the policies above.
Refusal of Services
Impact Tickets reserves the right to bar any registered client from use of any or all of Impact Tickets’s services at any time, under any circumstances, and for any reason. Violation of any of the guidelines below will always result in such punitive action.
Illegal Content
Posting or linking to any illegal or unlawful content — including defamatory or copyrighted materials — on the Impact Tickets website will result in the termination of all services that Impact Tickets provides.
Prohibited Content
Posting any of the following on the Impact Tickets website may result in the termination, without compensation, of all services that Impact Tickets provides:
- Any communication that incites or promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, bigotry or physical harm to others
- Any communication that promotes harassment of others
- Any pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Any communication that solicits personal information for commercial or advertising purposes that is not otherwise approved by Impact Tickets
- Any communication intended to engage others in commercial activities that is not otherwise approved by Impact Tickets
Ticket Purchasing Limits
In order to discourage unfair ticket purchase practices, clients may set maximum limits for the number of tickets purchased per person. Impact Tickets is not responsible for these limits, nor are we able to circumvent them in any way. Any attempted or actual circumvention of these limits by a customer will result in the termination of any further use of any Impact Tickets services and the nullification of any tickets purchased.
Unlawful Ticket Reselling
Impact Tickets in no way condones the unlawful resale of tickets. Any unlawful attempt to resell tickets purchased through Impact Tickets will result in Impact Tickets terminating those tickets without compensation, as well as the customer being barred indefinitely from use of any Impact Tickets services.
Service Fee
While Impact Tickets’s service fees are very low in comparison to other ticket sites. Our service fee includes all credit card fees.
Impact Tickets as Exclusive Ticketing Agent
Unless otherwise noted, Impact Tickets requires exclusive online ticket sales rights for all events sold through the Impact Tickets platform.
Violation of Terms
If you violate any of the terms herein, Impact Tickets reserves the right to terminate your account, bar you from using any Impact Tickets services, cancel any ticket orders and take appropriate legal action.
External Links
Impact Tickets is not responsible for any content or services provided by any websites outside of the Impact Tickets website. This includes any content posted on the event organizer’s website or on any sites linked from the event pages.
Advertising
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads after you visit our website. These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
